July 17, 2022: Devotional Thought
America was founded on the principles found in God’s word. However, as a nation, we have strayed away from liberty and justice for all. There is no justice for the unborn and the weak among us. Because of the shedding of innocent blood, the door has been opened for the enemy to bring the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah into our nation. God has been merciful to us and allowed the pandemic to awaken and revive His Church to intercessory prayer.
It is time for us to take a stand. We must form a united front against the adversary, attacking his lies and deception at the root. The root of injustice is disregard for the Biblical truth and scientific fact that all mankind are created equal and made in the image of God. Satan and his antichrist hate this. The enemy uses the past to incite anger and violence. It is not a new tactic for him, but many are buying into the lie. We cannot deny past wrongs, but we also must not disregard what is good and praiseworthy. We cannot allow divisions in the body of Christ. We must come together as a united force to defeat the enemy in battle. In Christ there is no ethnicity, gender, servant, or master. We must fight the good fight of faith for a godly nation.
