We’re seeking a long-form video editor to create engaging videos that inspire and engage viewers to connect with Jesus and His church. You’ll need to be a quick learner, follow instructions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ability to take video ideas from concept to final product is highly valued. Expectations and responsibilities for Long Form Video Editor
- Must have a passion to support the Calvary’s mission and submit to its leadership.
- Currently enrolled in or have completed Calvary Training Institute.
- Passion to reach our community and connect them with Jesus through media
- Must have a teachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in video editing
- Creative and has a mind for what’s relevant
- Communicates efficiently and effectively
- Follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use Adobe Premiere Pro or similar and After Effects or Final Cut for editing
- Can edit videos with little direction efficiently and in a timely manner
- Access to their own device where they can edit
- Keeps current and relevant in editing techniques and styles
- Estimated time commitment: 5+ hours a week
