What are Care Groups?
Calvary Care Groups provide a space for individuals to connect on a more intimate level. Care groups offer a setting for people to share their joys and struggles, ask for prayer, and receive support and encouragement from fellow believers. Each group gathers in homes across the OKC metro on the second Wednesday of each month in place of regular evening service.
How do I join a Care Group?

You can find a Care Group near you using our online Care Group search tool. Choose a group that is near where you live and then fill out your info to get connected. The leader of that Care Group will get in touch with you regarding their next meeting and exact location. It’s that easy.
What happens at a Care Group?
Each Care Group is different but they all follow the same format. We start with an ice breaker, or a chance for everyone to get to know each other. Next is a time of worship. We use lyric videos or just the audio of songs we sing in church. After worship comes a brief devotional lesson led by the Care Group leader. After the lesson is a short time of Q&A where we go deeper into what we just heard. Before everyone leaves, we all pray together over the members of the group and any needs.
Is it okay to pick any Care Group I want?
That’s a great question! We strongly encourage you to find a group that meets near where you live. But we understand there might be reasons that doesn’t work out, like if you speak a different language or if you’re hearing impaired. If that’s the case, you can look for a group that meets those requirements and then find one that is closest to you.
