If you have any questions or concerns, don\u2019t hesitate to contact Care Group Coordinator Assistant, Chelsie Baldwin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong><br \/>The purpose of keeping member&#8217;s information in Breeze updated is ensure the church has the most accurate and up-to-date contact information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To update a member&#8217;s Breeze profile, please follow these steps: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/calvaryokc.breezechms.com\/login\">calvaryokc.breezechms.com\/login<\/a> and log in with your username and password.<\/li>\n<li>You can search for a member using the magnifying glass in the top, right-hand corner.<\/li>\n<li>Please assist in keeping the following information up to date under the Main, Family, and Care Group sections::\n<ol>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Phone<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>Date of Birth<\/li>\n<li>Birthday and\/or Anniversary Date<\/li>\n<li>Profile picture and\/or family picture<\/li>\n<li>Care Group Leader and Pastor information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Each section can be updated by selecting the header and then saving when complete.<\/li>\n<li>When updating addresses, please update the person listed as Head of Household and changes will apply to the entire family.<\/li>\n<li>When updating photos of individuals and families, please be sure to crop close and if on a mobile device, you may need to flip to landscape view in order to access full cropping capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Care Group Ministry Lead Assistant, Chelsie Baldwin for assistance.
